You must be enrolled in TGB Online and activate TGB Mobile in order to use the Mobile Deposit feature.
Once you have agreed to the Mobile Deposit Terms & Conditions and completed the application, you will receive a notice that Mobile Deposit has been activated on your TGB Mobile account.
Log into TGB Mobile using your TGB Online ID and password.
Step 1: Select Deposits from the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2: Tap Check Front or Capture to take a picture of the front of the check.
Step 3: Once the image of the check front is taken, click Save or Use. If the image isn't clear, you can click Retake and retake the picture.
Step 4: Repeat steps 2 and 3 to take picture of the back of the check.
Step 5: Enter the amount of the check and tap Done.
Step 6: Select account for deposit. Click Deposit Check to complete the deposit. You should receive a message screen letting you know the deposit was successful. You will also receive an email when the deposit is approved.
*Mobile deposits made before 5 pm Central Standard Time will be considered deposited on that business day (business days are Monday thru Friday excluding federal holidays). The deposit will be reflected in your balance that night.
**There are deposit limits with Mobile Deposit. TGB's current monthly deposit limit is $5,000 and the check can not be written for a greater amount than $2,500.
