How to Use Mobile Banking

Log in to TGB Mobile Banking

From your smartphone:
Choose the TGB Mobile app icon.  Enter your TGB Online ID and touch submit.  Your personal image (authentication) will be displayed. Enter your Password and touch the login button on your screen. 


From your mobile device web browser:
Access www.tgbmobile.com, and click on the "Login" link. Enter your TGB Online ID and Password. Select "Classic View" and then choose one of the options below from the Main Menu.
Viewing Transactions via TGB Mobile Banking
From your smartphone:
Select the My Accounts icon from the menu at the bottom of the screen. Select the account you'd like to look at by clicking anywhere on its name, balance or the word Transactions. Scroll through the transactions by swiping up or down.  You can view 15 days' worth of transactions. 
From your mobile device web browser:
Select My Accounts from the Main Menu. A summary screen with your account names and balances will be displayed. From the list of accounts, select which account you want to view.  Transactions display in groups of 4 per page.  You can click Next to see more transactions. Select the date for transactions details.

Transferring Funds via TGB Mobile Banking

From your smartphone:
One-time, immediate transfers between your accounts can be made using TGB Mobile.  Begin by selecting the Transfers icon in the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen.  Select the acount to transfer FROM and the account to transfer TO.  Fill in the dolloar amount and press Submit
 From your mobile device web browser:
Select Transfers from the Main Menu.  Choose the account transfer funds FROM.
Select the account to transfer funds TO. 
Enter the amounts in the dollar and cents fields and select Submit.
A confirmation message and number will be displayed after the transfer is complete.

Paying Bills via TGB Mobile Banking

You can set up one-time bill payments via mobile banking. Payments entered before 5pm on a business day are immediate. Payments made after 5 pm or on a non- processing day will process the next bill pay processing day.  To set up Payees, log in to your TGB Online account.  Select Bill Payment and add a new payee.  Then you will be able to select the payee via your mobile device the next time you log on.  If you need to edit or delete a bill payment, you will need to log in to TGB Online via the internet.
From your smartphone:
Select Pay Bills icon in the navigation menu.  Select the account from which to pay.  Select the payee.  Fill in the dollar amount and select Submit.
 From your mobile device web browser:
Select Pay Bills from the Main Menu.  Select the Payee.  Select the account you want to pay the bill from.
Enter amounts in the dollar and cents fields and select Submit.
