History
Texas Gulf Bank has been a key provider of financial services since 1913. We have eight branches conveniently located throughout southern Brazoria County, Galveston County and Harris County-- two in Freeport and one in Clute, Lake Jackson, Angleton and West Columbia. In 2009, we opened our first location in Houston and our newest branch is located in Friendswood. Being a community bank allows for faster, locally made decisions. We pride ourselves in providing hometown personal service coupled with in-depth knowledge of the businesses and culture of the Texas Gulf Coast.

Interview Process
The purpose of our interviews is to determine not only if the candidate is suitable for TGB, but also if TGB is a good fit for the candidate. We make every effort to provide a pleasant environment for our employees and our customers. The desired work environment is accomplished by ensuring that the employee and bank are compatible.
At TGB we perform team interviews. Attendance in interviews consists of the Human Resources Officer as well as other key management personnel who would typically work closely with the candidate. We believe that team interviews streamline the hiring process and also provide us with better insight to the candidate.
