This full time position will include all facets of providing loan documentation support for loan officers while relieving the officer of routine, often highly confidential and sensitive administrative tasks.  Duties will include, but not be limited to, coordinating real estate and commercial loans, ensuring all collateral and required documents are present prior to funding, obtaining credit reports, clearing exceptions, preparing interim construction loan draw requests, closing loans, and advancing funds on credit line loans.  The qualified candidate should be prepared to work closely and frequently with the public, while providing a high level of quality work in an efficient manner.  Knowledge of real estate and loan documentation strongly preferred.  Computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel will be necessary.  Superior customer service and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and strong attention to detail will be required.  Educational background requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
This part-time position consists of duties that include taking deposits, cashing checks, withdrawals, issuing money orders, cash advances on credit cards, cashiers’ checks, etc.  The qualified individual should have excellent customer service skills.  Previous teller experience and/or cash handling experience are preferred.  Although a basic schedule will be set, this individual must be flexible and willing to work assigned schedule changes. Educational background requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent. 

This full time position will be responsible for performing a full range of professional, technical and general support to both customers and bank personnel.  Duties of this position will include responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues, particularly those associated with electronic banking products.  Also included in the position responsibilities will be providing assistance with audits and examinations.  The qualified candidate should possess strong proficiency in both written and oral communication as well as the capability to thoroughly and accurately troubleshoot, assess and resolve customer issues.   Ability to maintain a strong professional presence and a good rapport with co-workers as well as customers will be a necessity.  Superb customer service skills will be required with a proven track record for these skills as well as excellent problem solving capabilities.  The preferred candidate will have a strong knowledge of banking products and possess good organizational skills.  Experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Word will be required.
This full time position will provide support to the BSA Officer in the development, implementation and administration of policies and procedures to provide a high level of compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).  Duties will include, but not be limited to, monitoring areas of BSA, Patriot Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC and Customer Identification Program to ensure bank compliance, assisting with operational compliance in these areas, conducting risk assessments, providing training, and meeting recordkeeping requirements in these areas.  The qualified individual should have five years of bank-related experience, strong understanding of AML, BSA, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulatory requirements and proven ability to quickly grasp regulatory concepts, and knowledge of banking systems and products.  Strong project management skills with ability to work independently on multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.  Accuracy, good organizational skills and strong communication skills will be required.  Microsoft Word and Excel applications experience also needed.  Educational background requirements include a strong preference for a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related business field.   
These positions are responsible for acquiring profitable business loans in compliance with Bank policy and procedure and to promote other product service opportunities within the bank. The qualified candidate should possess strong analytical skills in the financial arena, along with minimal educational requirements of a Bachelor's degree in finance or related field. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of seven years’ experience as a commercial lender in the Houston area and should be able to demonstrate both historical and current loan and deposit production success.
